We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and to understand our customers' needs. We think that Classic Suites makes our products better quality, more comfortable, means they are less likely to break.

When purchasing from us you will be covered under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which give you a 7 day cooling off period. Unless we have started making a bespoke item, you can cancel your order within seven days and have a full refund.

All Furniture is made to order and we rarely keep stock. Classic Suites usually despatched within 4-5 weeks of the order. Delivery is by our own delivery men and included in the prices quoted.

We do not have brochures at this time.
If you have seen a colour in one of your local furniture stores please e-mail the name or send the colour sample to the address below to be sure the colour is available to ourselves.
Once you have choose a colour and we have confirmed than you can order online using the paypal system. Delivery is 4 to 5 weeks but can vary depending on the style of the items purchased.
