The site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use. Classic Suites does not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time or any interruption in that access or use or any failure to complete any transaction. We do not guarantee that our web site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

The information contained in the site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and Classic Suites shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors. In addition, Classic Suites has no duty to update this site or the content hereof and Classic Suites shall not be liable for any failure to update such information.

User Obligations:
You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:
You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account
You must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.
You warrant that all information you provide about shall be true and accurate.
Our web site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in any way by you.
The use of off line browser programs or utilities is expressly prohibited. Our website is quite large and is updated weekly, so an off line copy would become out of date very quickly. The use of programs that gather a copy of a website take their toll on bandwidth, which can interfere with other customers visiting our site.

Denial of Access:
Classic Suites reserves the right to deny access to the Site at any time without notice.

Liability of Classic Suites:
Classic Suites will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of this site

Links to Third Party Web Sites:
Our site contains hyper links to external web sites owned and operated by third parties. Classic Suites has no control over or association with such third party sites and no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness and quality of the information contained within them. Any and all contents on these external web sites may not reflect products, services or information provided by Classic Suites. You should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or webmaster of such site.

Force Majeure:
Classic Suites shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this agreement if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Classic Suites or its suppliers.

Changes to the Site:
Classic Suites may change any aspect of its web site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, database or content.

Copyright and Trademarks:
Any material found on our website, including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use. You hereby agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material contained in this site.

The copyright and all proprietary rights in the web site and all content are reserved by Classic Suites. The material contained within the web site is the property of Classic Suites unless identified as belonging to third parties. The name Classic Suites and any other marks, logos and graphics of Classic Suites displayed on the web site are trademarks of Classic Suites. Other company and product or service names displayed on the web site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks.

We do not disclose any personal data about our customers to any third party. You can opt into our mailing list, which is used to send customers information about new products and services, changes to our business or special events that may be of interest.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Classic Suites reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions relating to use of the site from time to time without prior notice to Users. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be displayed within the Site from the date on which any changes come into effect. Continued use of the site following any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The terms and conditions of use and of sale do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law:
This User Agreement is between you and Classic Suites and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Payment:
Goods can be paid direct to Classic Suites by cash, postal order, UK cheque. Credit and debit card payments are made through our secure merchant account provider, Payal.co.uk.

Distance Selling Regulations:
This applies to EU residents only. When a customer is not present during a sale, the sale is covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. See the DTI website for further information. See also "Cancellation Of Your Order".

Pricing:
All prices on our website and those quoted by telephone or in person are the total price including delivery. Classic Suites is not registered for UK VAT which is not payable. Classic Suites reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Classic Suites reserves the right to decline to supply any individual, organisation or company, for any reason.

Substitution of Goods:
We do not offer substitute goods without first seeking your permission.

Dispatch Of Goods:
Orders are usually processed within 4-5 weeks of receipt. In cases where we do not have an item available, we will advise the likely delivery schedule, which is usually within 6 weeks.

Delivery to UK addresses is included in the price and is by our own delivery persons. International delivery outside the UK or European Union is charged at an all-in-one price of £200.00 Sterling per item. For most overseas delivery a signature is usually required when the goods are delivered. We are obliged to send orders to the card holder's billing address.

Intellectual Property:
Specifications and designs of all goods supplied by us (including copyright, design right or other intellectual property in them) shall as between the parties be our property.

Cancellation Of Your Order:
If you want to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, so that we do not dispatch goods unnecessarily. For special order and made-to-measure items, this should be within seven days of the order being placed, so we can stop work being undertaken on your behalf.

EU residents have a seven working day 'cooling off' period to change their minds and cancel the order. This starts the day after you have received your order and gives you the opportunity to inspect the goods as if you had visited the store. You may not use the goods during this period, because if you cancel the order and return the goods to us, they must be in the same condition as when they were sent.

If you are rejecting goods after they have been delivered, you should advise us as soon as possible, either by telephone, email or post. You are responsible for the safe return of the rejected goods. We would ask you to return the goods using a service where the package can be tracked. You will receive a refund for the returned goods within 28 days of their receipt, but you will not be refunded the shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for goods that have been correctly supplied.

Please note: the cooling off period does not apply to bespoke items/special order items, and certain intimate articles, whose nature takes them outside the scope of the regulations. For further information, please contact us.

Faulty Goods:
Please advise us of any problem as soon as possible. This can be by email, post, telephone or fax. We would ask you to return the goods using a service where the package can be tracked. We will usually arrange for a repair or exchange and also refund your additional postage costs. We would ask you to keep your receipt safe as a proof of purchase.

The risk of damages to, or a deterioration of goods is passed to the costumer as soon as the goods are delivered.

Contract:
When placing an order with us, you are entering a legally binding contract for the supply of goods.

Data Protection:
Any personal data you supply to us will be used only to process that order. We may need to retain this information in order to fulfill statutory legal obligations, but the data is not used for any purpose other than processing your order. We have a mailing list, which you can opt to join on our checkout page, but there is no obligation to do so. Please note: we are not able to process any order unless we are given a valid email address.

Cookies:
This site uses cookies during the ordering process. The cookie is used to associate your computer with your current order. The cookie remains valid for a few hours and does not contain any information about you.

We collect information only to process your order. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name address telephone number e-mail address

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
